What is your location, and do you travel for shoots?
Answer:
I’m based in Taipei, Taiwan, and I'm excited to capture your beautiful moments here! I typically travel within Taiwan for photoshoots. If your chosen location is within one hour of Jiantan Station, there’s no extra charge for travel—it's all included in your package!
For locations beyond that, a travel fee will apply based on the distance. This helps cover the time and costs involved. I appreciate your understanding, and I’m looking forward to working together to create stunning images!
Will you provide location recommendations for our photoshoot?
Answer:
Yes, I’m happy to suggest great locations for your photoshoot! I can recommend spots that work well for your style and preferences. Please feel free to share any ideas you have for locations, too!
When can we expect to receive our edited photos?
Answer:
Once full payment is received following the shoot, all original photos will be uploaded to a Google Drive within three days. It's recommend you download the folder promptly, as it will only be available for one month.
You will have ten days from the date of the session to select your preferred photos, and the edited images will be delivered within 15 to 30 days based on the number of edits requested, starting from the day you make your selection.
What if we want additional edited photos from our photoshoot?
Answer:
1 Additional Edited photo: $500 NTD
5 Additional Edited Photos: $2,000 NTD ($400 NTD per photo)
10 Additional Edited Images: $3,500 NTD $350 NTD per photo)
15 Additional Edited Images: $4,500 NTD ($300 NTD per photo)
What payment methods do you accept?
Answer:
I accept cash and PayPal payments. (PayPal payments will incur a 5% fee).
To secure your booking with me, a deposit of $2,500 NTD is required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Answer:
The deposit paid to secure your booking is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from the total cost of your photography services. This means the deposit amount will be subtracted from your final payment due after the shoot.
If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request based on my availability. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to ask!
Will you be using my photos on your website or posting them to social media?
By booking a photography session with Jackfieldstudio, you grant permission for your images to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and the website. You understand and agree that these images may be shared publicly.
If you do not wish for your images to be used in this manner, please inform us before the session, and we will respect your preferences.
